6-9 & 9-12 months

These are all outfits that were given to me by Sean's cousin since her daughter is too old now. Some still have the tags on them. Just to give you an idea of what I have. And this is just the first year. There are 2 more bags. One marked 18months and one 24 months. As far as onsies, I have only 0-3 months so far. I hate to seem like I'm asking for specific things for my shower, I just figured, why not put it out there so that if any of you feel inclined to go the outfit route, you won't have to go blind. Thanks.

Nora - what a spread! Seeing all those yummy GIRL clothes has me antsy for MY baby...
For me it's good that you posted this because, as I mentioned to you on the phone the other day, there I was at Target wanting to but everything "girly" on the racks and not knowing WHERE to begin or what you needed...and now I have a better idea of things.
But onsies seems to be what you also need...and you can't have enough of those!
I LOVE buying baby things!
Storm, where are you registered? Shower is only two weeks away...gifts, gifts, gifts!
Babie's R Us.
Zales Jewelers.
Frank and I confered and agreed that you are joking about Zales.
I think I have a ton of white onesies. I will check.
Umm, hate to break it to you, but if I'm not getting something sparkley for my shower, you may as well call it off.
I prefer diamonds, but any gem will do.
Just checked your registry. Great stuff on there!
And not that you asked but, I have:
Shopping Car Seat Cover
Diaper pail (never used, and a waste of money.)
I would recommend changing:
- Boppy pillow instead My Brest Friend (ew) (ask Mary, she'll agree)
- A humidifier that does not have a filter (totally unnecessary but you need it to run it... found this out the hard way... and it's unsanitary, how ironic is that! it gets moldy if you don't dry it out completely every day, and you're not going to do that.)
And finally, I'd recommend adding 2 of (unless Mary doesn't vouch for it)
- The Ultimate Crib Sheet - sheet + mattress pad in one, snaps to the sides of the crib on the top only. SO much easier than regular sheets. You can put a pretty one on the mattress that can be seen thru the crib. And this sheet goes on top and you can change it out w/o touching the pretty one underneath.
Great ideas. I made some changes.
nora, you aren't into your baby shower or anything, are you??
also, approximately how long did it take you to line up each outfit, by category, and then photograph them?
sorry, aloise is right, i am a dirtbag.
Actually, A-Hole, it took very little time since Sean's cousin was nice enough to package them by category.
I was feeling a little bad about calling you a dirtbag in my haiku...not anymore!
Lisette, baby clothes are in the top 10 most fun things in the world.
Now that I know that you already have everything, I don't have to buy something! Thanks for letting me sleep better!
