And...other helpful hints:
* Pick up little broken pieces of glass: use a dry cotton ball.
* Get Rid of Ants: Put small piles of cornmeal where you see ants. They eat it, take it home, and can't digest it so it kills them. May take a week or so to work.
* Crispy Pizza crust: Reheat leftover pizza in a non-stick skillet, set heat med-low and heat till warm.
* Reduce Static Cling: Pin a small saftey pin to the seam of your slip/dress/skirt/slack and static is gone.
* Foggy windshields: Use a chalkboard eraser ( keep in your car's glove compartment). Works better than cloth.
* Measuring cups: Before your pour sticky substances into a measuring cup, fill it with hot water. Dump our water, but don't dry cup. Next, add your sticky ingredient. Voila!
* Fruit Flies: Fill a small glass with 1/2" of Apple Cider Vinegar. Mix with 2 drops of dishwashing liquid. Flies are drawn into cup.
* Expand frosting: When buying a container of cake frosting, whip it in your mixer for a few minutes. It will double in size ( plus less sugar per serving).
* Beach sand: Sprinkle yourself with baby powder when you're ready to leave the beach. Sand slides right off your skin.
* Flexible vacuum: To get something out of a heat register or under the fridge, add an empty paper towel or gift wrap roll to your vacuum. It can be flattened to get into narrrow openings.
* Shaving legs: Use hair conditioner. It's a lot chaepr and leaves legs very smooth.
* Reheating pancakes, biscuits or muffins that were refrigersted: Place them in a microwave with 1 cup water. The increased moisture will keep food moist and help it reheat faster.

Although I fill that void a little today by working in my gardens.
