I came across this delicious cookbook at Marshall's today ( $3.99!), and couldn't pass it up.
It is one of the prettiest cookbooks I've ever seen ( smaller than most) and beautifully designed.
And then the recipes: Oh my! I thought I was back in Spain.
I haven't tried any of the recipes yet, but the ingredients seem to promise a good, authentic Spanish meal.
I will let you know if they are as scrumptious as they claim to be. (I've already Googled for a good price on saffron.)
I can tell you this much: the Captain is in for some "cocina espanola" when he returns next month.
And all of you as well, if and when you want to join us.
PS I also saw an equally beautiful "Pasta" cookbook, by the same publisher. And another for "Dips and Sauces".
