Jimmy and I want to thank all of you again for being a part of our anniversary. Everybody's excitement, all the help, the cooking, setting up, everything. It was really one of those gatherings that can not be replicated, and it was all that we had hoped for!
Mom and Dad, thank you for the house a thousand times over! Martha your delicious cheeseballs, Mary for the slideshow help, Annie for the beautiful benches, Lisette for the extra booze, Catherine for the cheesecakes, Nora and Sean for traveling so far with the wee one, Clare, Aloise and Brent for helping set up and decorate.
It was one of those things that was a lot of work, and worth every bit of it. We love all of you and vote for a fancy Christmas party every year at Dad and Mom's. So much fun!!! And you all looked so gorgeous!

Well, I heard she brought them over for Dad to attach or something?.......What am I missing, Annie?
A wonderful evening, indeed. My only regret is I didn't wear my new slippers with the tux. It would have been the fashion statement of the year.
1) I was in dad's bathroom putting on make-up and vetoed the slippers. That can be blamed on me.
2) Bitch of a Snitch. If Dr. Seuss was still alive, something would become of that! As it is, a nod to you Pants, those benches would not look so pretty without your idea.
3)Mojo, never mistake Annie's ideas for actual action again, it betrays a nievete.
We talked this morning about your party so you know how much it meant to me. But I'll say it again: beautiful and memorable.
PS I watched the video again this afternoon. And it brought tears to my eyes...again.
