I'm thrilled that there will be an added family home where you can all hang out and hang loose; many congradulations, Chad and Martha on your new house!
It'll be so much fun for all, the out-of-towners and the local folks, to have a change of scenery, a different place to go. A new "pool party anyone?"
But remember: this is your Gathering Place.
