...and even more Christmas

So I had a nice post with pictures of our dinner with the family and Christmas Eve, but for some reason it disappeared when I tried to publish. That was a few days ago, and this is my first chance to try again. I am a bit more tired, so I thought I'd just share a few from our very quick Christmas morning. (Sean had to work early)

After Sean left, Maggie and I had lots of fun reading her new books and playing w/ toys while Music Machine and Rosenshantz played in the background. When it's 60 degrees out and you're having fun, sometimes you just have to take your heavy dress off!

Last night she surprised us by pulling out the black fish and shouting "back!" She then proceeded to take out each fish, one by one, and name the color correctly on the first try. A few she knew by color, and some she read the word on the fish. Either way, we were really proud of her. Looks like the game was worth it.

I guess every girl needs a baby doll. She uses the accessories from this set to feed and push around her other stuffed animals too. Minnie Mouse gets placed in the feeding chair and she plays "eating" with her.
