After such a long day on Sunday, we were happy to start the day late at the water parks (they open 2 hrs later than the other parks). Also, after the clouds and rain from Sunday, we were treated with hot, beautiful weather on our last full day in Florida. We started at Typhoon Lagoon.

Sean and I were able to ride all the slides and we talked Barbara into joining us. But she refused to do any slide that did not require a tube, like the one below. This one gives a powerful wedgie!

Below is the newest ride called the Crush N Gusher. The only water roller coaster around. You ride in a rube with a partner and after gravity pulls you down, water jets push you back up. It was a really fun ride.

Still, this post is mostly about showing off my daughter. It was safest for my camera to take it out away from the rides!

Maggie was in her element. Finally, no lines, no stroller. Just walking around.

And splashing in water, although, she was nervous about the gentle jets of water that flowed over the stairs and slides.

A bad shot of the wave pool as we left... for you Annie.

Then we went to Blizzard Beach, but we didn't have much time since the water parks also close a lot earlier than the other parks. The next 2 pics aren't mine, but I wanted to show you some of the slides.

We wanted to ride the tallest one, but the line was too long. The one next to it, (a different angle below) was really fun and after the 3rd hill, I actually went airborn for a second.

We took turns on 3 other slides. We even got Maggie in on the action.

She's non-plussed here, but she was very upset at the bottom when we landed in the water. No matter, she and I went right back to playing in the shallow pool with the plastic alligators. We got a bit of a sunburn, but it was a beautiful day.
Sean and I took advantage of extra hours and went back to Hollywood Studios that night for another round on Aerosmith and the Tower of Terror. And the next morning before getting on the plane, the 2 of us went back to Epcot to ride Soarin' which we missed on Epcot day. After riding Test Track one last time, we went into our last gift shop to get me a souvenier. Sean and Maggie already had theirs.
Can't wait to go back again...well, hope to go back again :)

1. I'm jealous, oh so jealous of the sun and water.
2. There are only 13 pictures. Where are the rest?
3. "this post is mostly about showing off my daughter" - how to comment on that one... I'll leave that to... Lisette! I'm handing this off to you!
: )
Wait, it's over? No day 8?
I'm so glad you guys had such a blast! Mags, you're adorable. Though I wish your Mom would post more pictures of you so we could really get a better look at you. ;)
Annie, I couldn't possibly comment on that. I'm too busy trying to contact my brother to see when my mother is coming home from visiting our father. I want to make sure the house is clean before my sisters and their husbands arrive with their sons and daughters. My word!
In other news, Mags looks especially precious in pic #7
Well, Ann, I didn't really have a lot of pics (4 of these are from other websites just to show you guys the parks) so really I mostly caught Maggie on film that day. I think I have 1 picture of the park to every 4 or 5 pictures of Maggie :)
Nora, you do realize that Ann is being ironic, right?
Lisette, hahahahahhahahahahah
Yes, Clare, yes I do.
