I better see some pictures, soon! His first day was Sat, and Sat's suck for me with my boys sched"s and work. Prob won't be able to watch Luca..........so pictures please!!
We'll post some after next Saturday -- my camera is still at Mom's from Easter! But let me tell you, he is CRAZY about soccer. I've never seen him so excited about something, or so proud. "I! Played! Soccer!" "I kicked the ball RIGHT into the net!"
He and Frank went outside to play yesterday, and when Leo and I went out to meet them after Leo's nap, they were nowhere to be found.
So I called Frank's phone - Luca just wanted to keep walking and "dribbling" the soccer ball... for an hour and a half straight, all thru the complex.
Just WAIT till he gets those all-terrain wheels on his walker!!
I bet St. Francis of a Cath Chair would have liked futbol if it was around in his day. Luca, I've had your version of Hey Jude in my head for the past two days.

Oh. And on a semi-related note.
Luca's new thing is initials - figuring out what initials mean, and converting things into initials (hence, "SBB means Soccer Ball Boy!")
Frank and Luca saw a statue of St. Francis of Assisi on their walk.
Frank pointed it out to Luca. Whereupon Luca said "CC stands for Cath Chair."
And thus, henceforth, this statue will be known to us as St Francis of a Cath Chair.
Too funny!
