Christmas Wish Lists

Ahoy, family! Once Mom sends out our Kris Kringles, I would like to start my shopping right away. So, if you would all be so kind, please offer some suggestions so that I may make my wee Kringle most happy come Christmas day. I will start with my own requests but, of course, if you think of something on your own, surprises are the best :)

Merry Christmas!

PS - Mom and Dad, you too!

OR maybe the way for some to go about it is to just say what NOT to buy them. Like, please no clothes I'm picky. Or please nothing that is useful, I like lofty things I won't buy for myself. Or something that IS useful. I could go on and on... take it away, people!

Ummm, no clothing either...

1) a new purse as mine is about to go
2) I'm NOT too picky about jewelry...as long as it's simple.
3)I'm approaching 30 (yikes) so good skin products are always nice (wrinkle cream, face masks, etc.)
4)a hand mixer (not a beater but the kind for soups and sauces) I am making soup all the time and it would be great not to have to transfer it to a blender in batches and then back to the pot.
5) when all else fails, gift card for Loew's cinemas...you know me :)

And yes, I also love surprises.

Not really sure...
-Jewelry is always good
-money towards a new desk for my computer
-gift cards to restaurants(Rob and I love to go out, but are trying to save)

Hope that helps...If I have anymore ideas I will let you know

I want an immersion blender, too!
Or maybe a light weight cardigan. Grey or cream. I'm a small or medium (size 4 or 6). Something like this: http://www.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=8993&vid=1&pid=691502&scid=691502002
Or feel free to pick something out.

I think I would really like a coat rack for my front hall!

Why, you ask?
Because I've wanted one for years....b/c y'all need a place to hang your coats when you're here!

In fact, over the years I've amused myself with looking at some online. But those had added umbrella holders and I don't need that anymore.

Any more ideas? I'll let you know :)

Oh...and if you go for a coat rack ( or coat tree is another term), I'd rather it wasn't wood. I like metal or iron, preferably black.

Or surprise me with something funky.
PS Overstock is where I used to look.
:)

Cy also mentioned that I should upgrade my DVD player to HD quality ( but not blue ray).
So that's another idea.
