From Captain to Bee-keeper. Lisette: this is the Kenya Hive. Different from the rest, which Dad will explain one of these days. Just look at these hives! They remind me of the UN: International flags. Soon they too will be buzzzzing.
I stopped the video because bees were flying around me and one had landed on my head.
Is that my father or a little kid on Christmas morning? It is obvious that someone has been looking forward to this day as if it were his first born. Fantastic - I have something to look forward to 30 year from now.

Dad really has found the boy inside!
Very cool.
...I have no words...except that I love having you as a father :)
Well: I hope you'll love having me as a mother next year, when I ask Maggie to help me "gather the eggs" from my chicks.
But that's another story. No way am I going to spoil Dad's thunder.
Oh my God, Sean, he's a real live beekeeper! Dad, it's so fun to watch you. But do I sense a few nerves there?
Ha ha! Nervous as a new mother. Ha ha!
