I shall start:

- A long, warm, black bubble coat. They can be pricey, but Lands' End has one that isn't so bad.
- Hunter rain boots, either in forest green or a deep purple. I can't decide!! I think deep purple..
- Slippers, it's my turn!
- A gift card for Air Canada. I am dying to see my friends from Kenya in Toronto.
- Sudoku, always.

And, obviously, a gift card towards any of these gifts is wonderful as well!

PS - Check with Mike to see if he hasn't bought one of these.
PPS - Need deets? Ask Aloise! Or ask Mom to ask Aloise :)
PPPS - If you have your own ideas, that's always great.

Well....you started it!

-LOVE the soundtrack to the newest harry potter.
-Barnes and Noble gift card would be great
-maybe a gift card towards an IPod? (yes...I really don't own one yet)
-um,I LIVE in fitted, snugly vests. Haven't bought new one in 3yrs. would love a navy or red one.
-anything at all,I'm sure i'll love it!

One of my polish mugs broke ): So another one to complete the set would be nice.

Gold charger plates

A 1/2 stick butter dish. Always a need as we run out so often ...and this way I can wash the other one :) while my 1/2 stick is out.

A new tea kettle. I love tea kettles. Mine has lost it's whistle.

Bare Minerals. I've gone through the basic one's.

A new scarf so that I can change out with my old one.

A dark, solid blue pillow for my living room love seat

These are only suggestions; anything else is always a wonderful surprise!

:) :) :)

This is hard. I really just want a snuggly, snuggly baby to snuggle and snuggle and snuggle some more.

Other than that, I think I'd like:

*Size 7 tall brown leather boots. Flats

*Yankee candles are always good. Love those.

*Kate Spade gift card to use towards Baby bag

*Earrings

*A pretty maternity dress or top size small or medium.

Merry Christmas!

Maureen, of course you want a soundtrack.

Martha in maternity!!!! What a gorgeous site.

Martha, I too would like a pretty meaternity dress, or if it's hard to tell the size, a gift card for Motherhood or Pea in a Pod.

-Comfy, and stylish earmuffs (my ears are babies in the cold)

-perhaps some gloves to match

-Well Rested from Bare Minerals

-husband pillow (love to read before bed)

-money towards dinner with Sean. Our current favorite spots are Shipwreck Point in Point Pleasant, and Theresa's South in Bay Head

For Sean:

-Assassins Creed, Brotherhood (XBox 360)

-Alan Wake (XBox) this is an old game, so you can probably get a used one cheaply

-wireless headphones for watching movies loudly while the kids and I are trying to sleep :)

And of course, surprises are nice.

Oooh Mom, I like your list - very cozy :)

I can't stop window shopping for clothes. So I'd love clothes! Especially sweaters and cardigans.
I'm specifically in the market for

-a waist-length peacoat, maybe in a dark gray

-a pair of "peekaboo" gloves - the kind that are gloves but have that part that you can pull over your fingers to make into mittens. Preferably wool or cable knit, and tan.

-fun necklaces or earrings

-Southwest Airlines gift cards!

-or anything else you can think of :)

Oh yeah, and like Lisette, check with Davo about what he may have gotten for me :)

I want to make it more clear (because I don't think I did before) that gift cards TOWARDS the more expensive things I want are what I'm asking for!

I would also really love a gc to Heart Song Yoga in East Longmeadow, MA.

Where are the rest of you all? :(

Maureen said...

Yeah, where are the rest of you??
For Jim ideas,
-he really needs a boat cover, so giftcard to Bass Proshops towards that
-really wants a Garmin GPS, so Bestbuy giftcard?
-needs jeans/pants.ALWAYS ruining them! He's a 36/34
-and loves his music...new Lifehouse CD,Ray Lomantaigne,an early 30 Seconds to Mars,or latest Blue October

This Christmas elf is counting on you for your ideas :)

In case anyone is getting the earmuffs or gloves...black please.

Ahem. Here I am everyone.

New Toms shoes. I like "Silver Morocco". Size 8 1/2

A rain jacket. Size small. Maybe bright yellow or red. Something with a hood! because mama can't hold an umbrella whilst wearing a baby and pushing a stroller. LLBean and Lands End look like they're selling out. I found a great one at Charles River Apparel called the New Englander. Something like that.

Pajamas. I like the kind that look like menswear. JCrew has some for instance. Or a pretty nightgown! What I'm going for here are grown up PJs. Versus baggy t-shirts with ill fitting sweats.

And some kitchen things I'd love but can certainly live without: a food mill; Microplane COARSE paddle grater; a Williams Sonoma Kai Ultimate Wide Peeler

I like chocolate, wine and coffee and would be grateful for any gift of the same. I've hesitated posting this because it looks like the wish list of someone's 115 year old great grandmother. But it's the truth and there it is. There's no getting around it. When you hand me the gift you can yell in my ear to finish off the effect - HERE GRAMGRAM, WAKE UP, I BOUGHT YOU SOME CHOCOLATES, MERRY CHRISTMAS. huh? I SAID MERRY CHRISTMAS!
I also think it would be a lot of fun to get a "something of the month" - anything really, for the experience of it. If it involves coffee, wine or chocolate so much the better.
Anyway, thanks very much!

An ammendment to Sean's list.

Anything Giants is always good. He just mentioned watching last night's game that he likes the wool hats the guys are wearing off the field. But anything, really.
