This morning I received a phone call from Mikey. "Guess what I just did," asks Mikey. "I haven't a clue," replies Lisette. "I just ran a half marathon," says Mikey.
Today Mike ran a half marathon in NYC. He didn't tell his siblings. He didn't tell his parents. He didn't even tell his girlfriend. Instead, when he lost a bet a couple months ago, he decided he would haphazardly train, and not tell anyone just in case he didn't actually finish.Well, he finished. And I want to make a big deal and say congratulations, but I still can't get past the fact that he ran a HALF MARATHON and didn't tell a soul. Just his college friends who bet him in the first place.

Mike you weirdo congrats. I love it.
Wow, that's great. I ran a whole marathon. But I am sure a half one is hard too.
P.S. Apparently I can post on the blog again!!! Just in time to be an....well, Mike, you fill in the blank.
Congrats!!
Well done Mike.
Clare's back!!!
Awesome,Mike! Can't believe you couldn't do a whole one,though. Pretty lame........:)
Congratulations!!! You are indeed an odd duck...
That you kept this a secret equals your half-marathon accomplishment.
Nice going, Mike!
You could have told us, bozo. We might have come to watch. If you were lucky.
Chad and I ran the nyc half marathon a billion years ago. I'm jealous.
