Song of the Summer!

What's the song of the summer, folks? Pumped Up Kicks is the Buri vote. The more you listen to it the more addicted you'll get. Maybe not you, Dad.

Anyone else have a suggestion? If we can get at least 3 songs we could have a real vote!

(It doesn't hurt that the boys singing it are so OK looking).

My favorite is not a song, but a poem (actually I wrote it myself -- I think for her 12th birthday):

Louise, Louise, to love her it's a breeze
Fair bloom of the Brewster garden
Were I home, were I there
I'd give her a squeeze
And never be askin' her pardon

I think there was more to it, but that's all I can remember

Two listens with headphones and volume up coupled with Jim Beam and I bought it on Itunes.

And the boys are awfully cute.

I suggest You Make My Dreams Come True, Hall and Oates.

Never to be confused with 'okay looking', they have my vote in spite of looking like the offspring of a ferret and chia pet.

ther may be nothing 2011 exactly about the song, but damn that's good listenin'.
