Come on, Irene!

Our flights have been cancelled so we're out here for another couple of days. Poor us, right?

They've shut down subways in NYC tomorrow and are even going to do a mandatory evacuation for low lying areas in NYC. Never done that before.

Hey, we missed an earthquake AND a hurricane??? It would have been kind of exciting to be in Brooklyn for it though.

As the elder Bush said: "Been there, done that."

Stay right where you are!

You're missing all the fun stuff! But it probably won't be, when you think about falling trees and loss of power.

Lisette sent me a text: "can we have a cozy hurricane sunday? IE linguini and clam sauce?"

Of course.

But I'd rather be in San Diego.

Now we're not leaving until Thursday. No flights at all until then.

This storm looks like it'll be crazy. I'm worried about new york city.

I'm just hoping I don't have to flee! Have I mentioned how much I love the Jersey Shore? Now it's not just summer overpopulation, that all this beachfront brings!
