I know this is a week or two into the making, but we finally had Alexander baptized. I want to say thanks to dad for staying on me about this. He said awhile ago that he would back off, but never did.
We have finally found a church that we (Cathy and myself) like and have decided to put Cyrus and Patrick in their school next year. Wow! - the price has gone up from what I can remember (but that was 20+ years ago). However, it will be worth it. As I have told mom, I now understand why we went, and I want the same for my monsters.
Hugs and kisses to all. I am always thinking of you.

Welcome to the fold, Alexander!
And, Cy, I'm so happy you're placing your boys in a Catholic school. I know it's expensive (it was 20 yrs. ago too!) but you and they will reap the benefits.
Just this morning at Mass, Dad commented that the hymn being sung was one he learned in 2nd grade. He remembered the nun who taught it. I told him I had learned the same hymn as a child...and thought, yes, you kids would remember being taught this one as well.
Something very soothing about that.
Love to all of you.
Congratulations, Alexander!
Cy it's so nice to hear your voice on Brewsters Millions.
You will be so happy having your boys in Catholic school. Catholic preschool has been WONDERFUL for Charlie and Catherine.
Great news!
Congratulations, Alexander! And a big hello to the rest of you. I sure miss you guys.
Cyrus, Catholic elementary school all the way! I taught at one last year and it was just like when we went. So cozy and tight-knit and the Christmas pageants! Come on! Can't pass up those suckers.
