The Humanum Conference on marriage was held very recently in Rome under the auspices of the Church, but including speakers from all faiths. A series of videos was released which I highly recommend if you have the time. There are six, each about 15 minutes long and can be seen here: Do yourself and your family a big favor and take the time to watch them.

I just listened to the first one and was really taken with the conversation about the limitations of the vocabulary of equality. People do not have absolute value in the way that 2+2=4, they (we) have limitless value. I guess it seems obvious now that I write it but I found it really thought provoking.
