With power probably gone by tomorrow, Dad decided he'd better do the grinding today and leave the patty making for tomorrow:
Meat cut into inch size cubes
Mixing spices for one batch. (I poured in the spices, my only contribution to this project)
Of course. With the gloves? Of course.
And there he is. Really. He's there right now, in the kitchen, grinding us some sausage meat!
