I went to Charlie in bed this morning and told him the baby is coming today. He said, "Yay!" Then, "Can I talk to your baby belly?" Sure. And patting my belly, "Hi, Baby Belly. You're going to the hospital with Mommy and Daddy today, OK?"
And earlier I told Catherine "Catherine, our baby is coming today." She stoop up and wanted to see my belly to kiss it. These kids...

Well, it's all over now and boy, am I happy. Waiting for the name! Next up baby-G who has an ever expanding tribe praying for him. BTW, "him" was used for millenia to refer to anyone. If you have a problem with that (sexist pronouns) I can only quote my father: "Oh how childish!" Get over it.
