OK the honeymoon is over. This is a LOT of work. We're achy. Cranky. And slightly sunburned.
And we have 4 children who have some needs. Today one baseball practice, one mass, and two back to back birthday parties later I wasn't as much help outside.
But Chad works like a dog. A dog I tell you. And he cleared and carted the rest of the sod. He carried a million heavy wheelbarrow loads way back there to the edge of the woods and laid it out in a section of the new lawn too weird to seed. Hopefully it will take root.
Today I'm going do more digging. So much earth to remove.
I'll post another update when we make some more headway. Chad has to work this entire weekend coming up. So it will be slow. But I'm super duper stoked for this patio!

I BET you are excited, that's amazing, huge!! Can't wait to see finished product. And I know a thing or two about projects,haha. Currently in month three of waiting for mudroom to be done. So cool kids had that campout. I miss dealing with those kinds of things, instead of drinking and peer pressure,haha! enjoy while you can. Love love those kids! P.S. I dig the hat,too
